Unity and Maturity in the Body of Christ

Ephesians 4: 1 - 16
Live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be kind, be gentle, be humble, be bearing with another in love and make effort with everything in your power to keep the unity of the spirit because for him the whole body (us) joined together as supporting ligaments, grows and builds themselves up in love, as each part does its work.
